Welcome, I am Zahidul Alam Rubel, the founder and Managing Director of dSmart Finger Communication Ltd. (DFCL). DFCL is a platform dedicated to providing modern and reliable services to meet household and business needs. Our goal is to bring ease and comfort to people across the country, enabling them to easily find skilled technicians and service providers without the need for intermediaries.

The Story Behind Our Establishment

DFCL's journey began on December 12, 2017, when I realized that most people in Bangladesh were facing difficulties with the repair, maintenance, and other services for household appliances. In most cases, finding trustworthy and skilled service providers was a big challenge. Initially, our goal was to create a small business that would solve these problems, but over time, I envisioned DFCL as a national platform, which today is capable of providing services across every region of the country.

I knew that working as a solo entrepreneur wouldn't be enough to solve these issues. Therefore, I built a strong team that would work towards our mission and vision. On March 18, 2024, we officially received RJSC registration and launched as dSmart Finger Communication Ltd. Our primary goal was to make life easier for people and earn their trust. We still hold onto that goal today, with plans to introduce even more innovative services in the future.
